Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.

• To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone with your order ID.

• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a 100% refund.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 0–7 working days.

• In case a defective, damaged, or wrong product is delivered, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

• Customized or stitched products are not eligible for refund or replacement, as they are made according to the customer’s measurements.

Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged only if they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

• You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The customer will bear the courier charges for exchanges (except in cases of defective or damaged products).
